We offer services ranging from simple re-striping of your parking lot, sealcoating to removal and replacement of existing asphalt with years of intense sun and water damage

 Sealcoating your asphalt and performing repairs can have a direct effect on your business traffic and improve your liability for public traffic. We will work closely with you in scheduling the work to minimize the impact to you and your customers.

The following information is intended to help the customer better understand asphalt terms: 

Crackfill

We offer two types: Hot rubberized or Cold Pour Crackfill.  Coldpour is designed for cracks up to 3/4 inch in width or smaller and generally cost less for the customer. A temporary solution for asphalt that is not badly cracked. Hot Rubberized crackfill is designed to last longer and expands and contracts with the asphalt as the temperature changes. Suitable for cracks up to 1 inch wide and better for waterproofing and last longer in every way.

SealCoat

Sealcoating is a process by which an oil based topping is applied to the cleaned surface of asphalt., revitalizing and giving the appearance of new, black pavement. Fortified with aditives to protect the asphalt, as well as creating a more durabable, smoother surface. Sealcoat also help prevent the damage caused by sun and water when applied on a regular basis. Proventative maintenance is the key to protecting your roadway or parking lot. Our comparison is to that of painting a house....It not only protects the materials from rotting away, it improves the appearance.

Striping

Striping indicates parking stalls, traffic direction, handicapped areas, safety crosswalks, no parking areas and assigned parking stalls. A parking lot without striping is a potential hazard for everyone using it and a liability for the owner. The Americans with Disability Act (ADA) is quick to respond and fine business owners that are not compliant with marking regulations.
